These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of audio plugins ("Products") sold by Verbose Meme ("we", "us", "our") through verbosememe.com (the "Site"). By purchasing or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that Product on any computers you personally own or control. This license is for your personal or professional music production use.

Each purchase includes free updates to the Product for as long as we continue to release them. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed on any schedule. We may discontinue updates for a Product at any time, but your license to use the last available version remains perpetual.
Your license key is personal to you and tied to the email address used at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Do not share it publicly. If you believe your license key has been compromised, contact us and we will issue a replacement.
After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Each order is limited to 3 downloads. If you need additional downloads, you may request them through our re-download page or by contacting support. We reserve the right to limit excessive download requests.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
Our plugins are digital goods that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. We keep our prices fair, pack in a lot of functionality, and include free updates for life — so you can buy with confidence knowing you're getting lasting value.
We encourage you to review the product description, feature list, system requirements, and audio demos thoroughly before purchasing. If you're unsure whether a plugin is right for your workflow, reach out to us at support@verbosememe.com before buying — we're happy to answer questions.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents the plugin from working on a supported system, we will do our best to resolve it. We stand behind our software and want every customer to have a working product.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and include no tax unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
All Products, the Site, and associated content (including code, graphics, text, and trademarks) are owned by Verbose Meme. Your purchase grants a license to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Audio you produce using our Products is entirely yours. We claim no rights over music, sounds, or other creative works you create with our plugins.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or compatible with all hardware, software, or operating system configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbose Meme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, etc.) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By opting in to SMS updates from Verbose Meme, you consent to receive text messages regarding new product releases, updates, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Msg & Data rates may apply. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
