Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or account credits on any purchase.

Our plugins are digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment. Once your download link and license key have been issued, the sale is complete. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, we treat every purchase as final.

Why No Refunds?

We work hard to keep our prices accessible while packing in professional-grade functionality and including free lifetime updates. This pricing model only works when we can count on every sale. In return, you get a plugin that keeps improving at no extra cost — no subscriptions, no upgrade fees, no recurring charges.

Before You Buy

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Before buying, we encourage you to:

• Read the full product description and feature list carefully.
• Check the system requirements to make sure your setup is compatible.
• Review any available audio demos or walkthrough videos.
• Email us at support@verbosememe.com with any questions — we'll give you a straight answer about whether the plugin fits your needs.

We'd rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer. If you're on the fence, ask first.

Technical Issues

A no-refund policy does not mean no support. If the plugin doesn't work on a system that meets our published requirements, that's our problem to fix — not yours to eat.

If you're experiencing a technical issue:

1. Email support@verbosememe.com with a description of the problem, your OS version, DAW, and plugin format (VST3/AU).
2. We'll work with you to diagnose and resolve it.
3. If the issue is a confirmed bug, we'll prioritize a fix in the next update.

We stand behind our software. Every reported issue makes the product better for everyone.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us, your license will be revoked immediately. Please reach out to us directly first — we're real people and we respond quickly.
